Located in Gatlinburg, enjoy what this 1-bedroom cottage has to offer. This delightful property features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and heating, guests can feel right at home. The bedroom is excellent for a good night's sleep, and the bathroom is equipped with all the essentials. Dogs are welcome! $50 for first dog, second dog is $25. Owners are asked to pick up inside and outside after dogs.

Military Discount- one of the guests staying needs to be active duty or a veteran. 5% is taken off the daily rate, pet fee and cleaning fee. Taxes and VRBO fees are not controlled by me so I can't discount those fees.
