Centered between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge,
about 3-4 miles each way, this little gem won't disappoint! When we pulled up to the property we were a little worried because there is not much curb appeal to the front. The inside was clean and spacious, but when we walked outside, wow! There is a screened in porch with TV, a nice patio with fire pit, and a hot tub, all right beside Norton Creek. The kids enjoyed playing in the stream and catching crawfish. Having the ambient sound of the mountain stream right outside the door or window was sooo relaxing. There is a cute little bridge if you want to cross and explore. One of the most memorable moments was on the first night. As the kids were being tucked in, my son and I, sitting by the fire pit, noticed movement right across the creek, about 20 yards. A big old bear was lumbering down the path. We decided that we might be more comfortable inside, and when the bear heard us, he decided he'd be more comfortable up the mountain. I would stay again...
