"The house is exactly as described in the listing, and the pictures are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is great for accessing everything in Kingsport. The deck for the house is a great spot to enjoy the weather, and the backyard is perfect for the kids to play catch and frisbee. We used the grill - and that worked perfectly. "Whole house was very clean and cozy, and host responded promptly to messages. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with necessities, beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good. Be aware that it is just off a highway, so expect road noise well into the night - mostly not bothersome, but there were a few loud cars and motorcycles. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit our son at ETSU."

"Great home in interesting neighborhood. Huge local park and friendly neighbors on lots of front porches. Stayed over 1 night on our way to DC. I haven't communicated with the owner on any of this, as nothing was critical enough to warrant calling them at the time. So I'm sure it's already been corrected. There were 8 of us and we had to get creative with the beds. An air mattress would have been helpful for large groups. The refrigerator did not work but the freezer did which was good for...
