"Short drive to Red Hat amphitheater but address is inaccurate & could be an issue at night. Happened to arrive early & owner was very responsive. This was mentioned by another renter and needs to be fixed."

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
