"We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable historic home. The owners were very helpful. The location was excellent for our day trips to Cedar Breaks monument and Bryce National park. "

"Broken window this size of about a basketball still not fixed in master bedroom. No attempt to even fix this. This allowed rain and dust to get in while you sleep. Your belongings will be dirty and dusty. The front door lock would not work, attempted numerous times to contact management to get back in, we had to pull the AC unit from the window by the door so my teenage son ( who just got out of the ER) could climb thru it and unlock the front door se we could get in. "Fine hotel right outside the Bryce Canyon NP. Comfortable room at good price. Very nice pool (although some rooms are outside the main building which means a walk outside when wet potentially in cold weather for some). Decent (not great) restaurant, but can be very busy. Main building has grocery, souvenirs, liquor, post office, and art items. Easy parking. Big tourist hotel with bus loads coming in, but overall the hotel managed the crowds well and had everything we needed. "

"The hostess was warm and personable, when we needed something she complied agreeably. Motel located 30 minutes from Bryce. We stayed two nights, Friday and Saturday, Friday was full Saturday was almost empty. Panguitch is a small quoted but lovely town"

"I stayed for one night off season but there were no problems with service, finding a place for dinner and breakfast the next morning, parking and the hotel was easy to find. I stayed in the family room accommodations and beds were very comfortable. "

The (falsely) advertised "breakfast" was non-existent: there were two muffins, one apple juice and one orange juice for two people for two mornings; there was no response to my inquiry regarding "breakfast"; there were no phone numbers to contact anyone associated with the Livery. To use the covid virus as an excuse for not providing breakfast, and still advertising "Bed and Breakfast" is false advertising. "
