INCREDIBLE UNIT
This location, unit and amenities are perfect! It easily sleeps 8. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bunk bed is a full over full with a great stair (not ladder). The property is very secure AND includes a couple luggage carts for load in and load out as well as complimentary camping type chairs near the walk over for the beach. The walk over isn’t as far as the picture made it seem and the beach was perfect for walking. Additionally there was a QR code in the lobby for a company to rent chairs and umbrellas to be set up. The rental company (979) was EXTREMELY responsive and helpfu!! Cannot recommend this property enough. We’d like to come back.

Great amenities, well stocked/clean condo that is beachfront
The Palisades was an amazing facility. We loved that it was on the beach and not across the street from the beach like most places in Galveston. We really enjoyed the game room, and it has an amazing exercise room for those that enjoy working out. The pool was shallow with the deepest part being only 3ft8in, but it was still very refreshing and enjoyable. Our room was very enjoyable, well stocked, and clean! We would definitely Book this room again. Our only complaint was that after a long drive to Galveston, we arrived shortly after 4:00 but were unable to get into our room because 979 hadn’t communicated with the front desk about the booking and then didn’t answer the phone when we called them or when the Palisades front desk called them. After waiting in the lobby several minutes, 979 did finally call the front desk back and allowed us to get the key to the room. With that said, our check in was frustrating but our trip, the amenities, and our condo were amazing. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Galveston.
