Accommodating up to 11 adults (ten on beds and one on the living room couch), our property ensures a comfortable stay for everyone. The spacious interior offers ample room for gathering and dining, complemented by two large picnic tables outside for al fresco dining. Our remodeled kitchen features elegant granite counters and stainless steel appliances, ensuring a pleasurable cooking experience.

Elevate your stay with modern amenities, including TVs equipped with streaming Live TV and multiple other streaming apps in four of the bedrooms. High-speed internet is available throughout the property, meeting all your connectivity needs.

The layout of our beachfront retreat includes three bedrooms and two baths upstairs, with an additional two bedrooms and a bath downstairs accessed via an outdoor stairway. This ground-level area is perfect for a second family or those seeking to avoid stairs. Both bedrooms downstairs have their own entrance to the outside. Please note that the bathroom downstairs is attached to one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom occupants must go through the other bedroom to get to the bathroom.

For delightful family moments, discover a collection of games in the cabinets, fostering lasting memories together. Ample storage is provided for your beach toys and boats, ensuring convenience and organization. We even offer beach toys and boogie boards for your enjoyment.

Our property is equipped with an outdoor grill, picnic tables, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower with both cold and hot water for quick clean-ups after sandy adventures.

We extend a warm welcome to one housebroken, well-behaved dog, free of fleas and ticks, to join your vacation. To adhere to Galveston County leash laws, kindly keep your dog on a leash when outdoors.

One dog weighing up to 50 pounds is permitted per stay. It's crucial that your furry companion accompanies you when you depart the beach house. If you need to leave your dog unattended, please ensure they are safely crated.

When making your reservation, kindly inform us of your intention to bring your beloved dog along. Note that there is a nightly pet fee of $20 per dog.
