Ground Level: Apartment setup with 2 twin beds, large TV, and full bathroom.

Sea Isle Restaurants/Sand Bar/Store/Bait Shop/Pier/Playground
Our house is in Sea Isle, which is unique because it has its own marina, fishing pier, bait shop, two bars, two restaurants, two convenience stores, and playground minutes from the house in our community. To get there, take a right out of the driveway, Left on Mason, then go all the way to the end.
• At the Sea Isle Marina, the store is well stocked, there are restaurants upstairs and downstairs, and the 'sand bar' can get lively at night but still family-friendly. Combine this with a nice sunset; it is an excellent area to spend the evening without leaving the neighborhood.
• The playground is on the way to the Marina. It has nice, safe playground equipment, a full-size basketball court, a volleyball net, and other equipment for kids of all sizes.
• If you like to fish, we have the best bay fishing pier in Galveston that extends roughly 300 feet into the bay. This pier is private for Sea Isle (I'll leave the card key for you) and is available 24 hours (it's also a great place to watch the sunset). Bring your basketball:)
• The Bait shop has a variety of fishing baits, both live and frozen.

BEACH GEAR PROVIDED:- Two coolers, 14 beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, and two wagons.
