"Quality Inn was great as was the check in clerk. What we do not like is Expedia not backing what they promise: the hotel booking protection plan my sister paid for in case she needed to cancel...and she did but got NOTHING in a refund...we would have expected to not get the $9.00 back for the protection but she also did not get the $94.28 for her room she cancelled in plenty of time for Expedia to rent out that room with it being graduation weekend. Pitiful on Expedia's part."
