La casa è in una posizione tranquilla con una vista mozzafiato sul mar Adriatico. In pochi minuti di auto è possibile raggiungere S. Maria di Leuca e spiagge stupende. La casa è pulita e funzionale, a disposizione degli ospiti c’è tutto il necessario per una piacevole permanenza. L’host è sempre molto veloce nel rispondere ad ogni dubbio sulla casa.

Traumblick auf das Meer
Der Ausblick war unglaublich grandios - ebenso, wie die Lage. Dadurch, dass eine Brücke der Küstenstraße gesperrt war, war die Straße kaum befahren und unglaublich ruhig. Die Küste ist malerisch und es fühlt sich teilweise wie in einem Film an. Im Haus wurde sehr viel wert auf Details gelegt und alles war im gesamten sehr sauber! Durch das regnerische Wetter wurden sehr viele ‚Baumängel‘ deutlich. (Feuchte im Bad und im Schlafzimmer an den Decken und in der Küche gab es ebenfalls Feuchteprobleme) Da wir bestimmt vier, fünf Mal mit dem Staff zutun hatten, mit Dingen, die das Wetter jedoch nicht betreffen, müssen wir zugeben, dass hier Nachholbedarf besteht. Dinge wie Gas nachfüllen oder Lampe austauschen sind kein Problem. Themen aber, wie dass das Wasser beim Duschen stoppt und die Wasserbrausen nicht wirklich funktionierten oder dass eine Terrassentür zum Garten nicht abschließbar war, sind Grundthemen, weshalb wir sagen, dass diese unbedingt vor Neuvermietung überarbeitet werden müssen.
