"NOT recommended!!! no communication from owners or property manager, no after hours way of contact, dirty and unacceptable house. mouse droppings on mattress. no internet, bad cell phone reception; no instructions on how to work the heating/air conditioning. No bed linens, no towels (not notified of this prior to arrival) Left house after 1 hour of frustration and never went back. Drove to nearest town and got hotel room."

"Loved everything about the accommodation, going outside to two out of three bedrooms was not an issue. However when I went to do a spot clean in the middle of holiday found the hoover. Brush, dustpan all filthy and needed to be cleaned before use. When I tried to communicate this with Novalso they did not understand what I was trying to say and became very rude we cleaned the stuff ourself and with very limited cleaning supplies did the final clean but this was not the end to the holiday I...

"Das Ferienhaus in Spottrup ist wunderschön gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet. Am nahen Strand bauten wir Sandburgen, fanden viele Muschen und beobachteten beim Schnorcheln Krebse, Seesterne und Fische. Den Aussenbereich und das Trampolin genossen wir sehr. Die Sauberkeit und Einrichtung der Küche war dürftig, aber wir fanden uns zurecht. Unsere Ferien in Spottrup waren wunderschön."

"Stayed for one week in the house with 2 kids age 8 and 10. The house was just what we needed for a relaxing family holiday. Excellent indoor and outdoor spaces with enough room for everybody. Safe surroundings to let the kids go for bike ride on their own. We also had the opportunity to discover the local area following the 2k, 6k and 10k trails taking us to place that we would otherwise not have discovered."

"To call this a hotel is a stretch, its more like a guesthouse. No reception on arrival, even though published as open to 6pm (which says it all!!). Restaurant not open on arrival Sunday evening, which I was awre of, but to be told Monday evening there is only one choice of meal......this is not a Restaurant! Like others, I think this is an over priced 'guesthouse' for what it offers, even the breakfast was very basic for the overall cost. The only positive comment I could make is that there was a fan in the room to provide some cooling."
