"Far from the subway station, 15 mins walk. Good size family room with washer and tatami area. NO on-site restaurant."

"Close to subway stations, and cheap but GREAT local restaurants. Slightly out of Tokyo central, property not too noisy. But check in counter (staff not overly helpful, but not rude) was a long way from actual rooms, which were through a maze at the back of the building. Good for the price."

"Fantastic large room and friendly staff but the lift and room corridors are all outdoors which in January was freezing and uncomfortable. No onsite dining was really a challenge too, particularly for breakfast. No black tea (only green) and dodgy keypad room locks which failed for us and had to get fixed. Great location and views from 11 floor room. "

"We were in a great, quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket right across the road for easy food options (including ready made meals) as well as other dining nearby. The location was really convenient for subway access. The room was well presented and had reasonable space and great amenities. We did have to make the kids bunk bed ourselves on arrival (they left the sheets etc in a pile for us) and as we stayed for 8 days, after a few days they emptied our bins and gave us fresh linen - but we’d...

"I stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita for six nights in January 2025. Beautiful lobby area, with friendly and professional English speaking staff always available. A Lawson convenience store is on site, and free shuttle service to and from the airport, and also to JR and Keisei Narita station and the nearby Aeon Mall. Will definitely atay again."

"The property was located close to 2 different train stations (Sudobashi, Iidabashi). Each was less than 10 minutes on foot on opposite directions. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. They provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brush, and other toiletries. The toilet and shower/bath areas were separate. The buffet breakfast was tasty, the only thing is that it’s pretty much the same options every day(good or bad?). The hotel is in a very safe area, with a Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and other dining options across from the hotel. We stayed here twice within our trip to Japan because the price, location, and amenities were great. "
