"This is our second stay at this hotel. It has fantastic onsens, great Japanese buffet, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Kinu-Tateiwa Otsuribashi, a famous suspension bridge, is right behind the hotel that leads to great sceneries. Hotel is approximately 12 min walk to Kinugawaonsen Station, and offers shuttle bus in the morning to the station by request. Next time we visit Nikko, we definitely go to this hotel again! "

"Have to take a taxi to and from the hotel. No breakfast but microwave, small oven and coffee machines are available. Rooms are way larger than the average in Japan"

"It’s a really a good place to stay. Snow crab included in dinner buffet! "

"Buffet was excellent with an enormous array of food. Private onsen was approx ¥3300 for 45minutes. There is quite a lot to do around the local area, we stayed one night but easily could have filled in two days."

"We thought that the location was great. Right across the station. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. The daily Japanese breakfast was delicious and convenient. Would definitely stay here if we decide to come back to Aizuwakamatsu again."
