ブランド買取業者のセカンドビジネスの模様。 入り口の自動ドアに買取の広告が貼られていたため暫く入り口が発見できなかった。 階段しかなく、真新しいペンキと木の臭いが充満。 上に上がると無人。 買取業者側のドアから人が出てきて開口1番「何の用ですか？」。 「エクスペディアから予約している者です。チェックインは15時なのは知っていますが、荷物預かってもらえませんか？」と14時過ぎに訪ねたら「うちはビジネスホテルじゃないから預からないけど？予約サイト見てないの？」ととてもお客対応とは思えない言葉使い。 「荷物を駅のロッカーとか別の場所に預けると、これから出かけてピックアップして戻ってくることになるので、もしチェックイン時間15:00-21:00に間に合わない場合どうしたら良いですか？」と聞いたら、「どっから予約したの？そんなの予約サイトのカスタマーセンターに言って」とあしらわれる始末。 余りの対応に頭にきたので宿泊しなかった。 ここが提示している値段で別のゲストハウスに泊まるべき。ここは誰にもオススメしません！！

夜シャワーするのにお湯が出なかったです。 他のシャワールームに移動してかなり時間がかかりましたがお湯が出たのにしばらくするとまた水です。冬なので、水シャワーにするわけにもいかず、時間を無駄にしました。シャワールームが5つ？あるのですが、お湯が出ないのならそんなにあっても意味がないです。オーナーらしき男性が受付にいらっしゃいましたが、愛想よくしてるようでかなり上からの態度であまりいい気分ではなかったです。受付時、スタッフの女の子の教育を別のスタッフ女の子が教えながらしているからかなりもたもたしていて、不安でした。その際その男性は横から口を挟むのみで何もせず。ある程度教育してから受付をやらせるべきでは？ あと、地図がなぜか別のところに表示されてかなり迷いますし、駅から徒歩7分は嘘です。早歩きでも10分、普通だと12～13分かかるのではないでしょうか。宿泊される方はご注意ください。 施設自体はきれいです。上記のことを踏まえてほんとに寝る場所を確保できれば良いという方にはいいんではないでしょうか。私は二度と泊まりません。

当日になって、ホテルに閉鎖しており泊まれない連絡をもらったが、現地に行ったあと系列のホテルに移動してくださいと言われたが、夜も遅いし距離もあったため、近くのホテルを取り直した。返金を申し出たができないと言われた。

宿泊者が少なかったこともあり、広々と使えました。スタッフの方も優しかったです。ただ、部屋やシャワールーム等に虫が多かったです。そこだけ改善されれば◎だと思います。

部屋がＡ〜Ｄあり 利用したＤルームは匂いは無く、布団も揃えられベッドパットと枕カバーを渡されるので見た目には綺麗だった シャワーはとても良いがシャンプーとボディソープしか置いてない。 タオルは貸し出し セキュリティボックスは無いがベッドに棚が有る カギは持参しないといけない トイレが汚い。床は前日の汚れが乾いた跡がある 共有スペースの机は汚れたままで、台拭きを頼んだら除菌スプレーと軽く拭かれただけ、６テーブルあるうちの１つは食べかけが放ったらかし、チェックインからアウトまで占有されていた。床は畳で食べカスが散らばっていて掃除機もされていなかった 従業員の人がＡルームの中国の人がマナーが悪いと言っていた

女性専用ルーム、ベッドは綺麗、受付の人も笑顔で良かった。 貴重品を入れる棚のカギは自分で用意しないといけない トイレは４あるが男女兼用、男性使用後の飛び散りがかなりあり、掃除しないと使用出来ない。女性専用が１つあれば良いのに！ 部屋のテーブルは飲食禁止 冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるスペースは畳で卓袱台が８つある、雨の日の宿泊だったから靴を脱がなくて良いテーブルとイスの方が使用し易かったと思う。 チェックインの時は綺麗だが、泊まる人のマナーが悪く公共スペースが、汚されぱなしになってる

친절한 게하
스탭들의 친절도는 최상이었고, 청결도에는 최상의 점수를 드리고 싶습니다. 그러나 지하철역과 조금 먼 거리와 게스트하우스내에 조리시설 등이 없던 부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 조금만 걸어가면 나카스 강변을 만날 수 있었네요^^
