It’s an average hotel, so I understand. My room happened to have a bit of wet smell and the cleanliness was ok with some dust here and there. Location was good, about 10min from Hakata station which I like, and not too far from Nakasu area.

Room is clean but still dusty especially the window and bed rest side. Bed is bit sag and not as firm as other apa hotels but they immediately addressed my concern and transfered me to another room. Front desk are very nice and helpful tho they cant speak English. Location is superb but not near good restos. 3 Convini stores very close & 1 beside hotel. Gione station & elevator at door step so easy to carry luggage to and from airport, less than 10min walk to hakata station & Bus Terminal. Will stay here again

Do not stay here
Check in is with a machine while the staff watch you from the desk. There are only two elevators so it takes forever to get in and out. The room is small as expected but the bathroom is far too small. I hit my shin on the high tub and my foot on the toilet while trying to get in the shower. The shower water goes from hot to cold several times. The mattress is very old and has a massive indent where people sleep. It’s like sleeping on the floor since there is no padding left. The only pro to this place is the location. The Gion subway entrance is right outside the hotel.
