"The ventilation system is not working well at all . Stay for 3 nights and woke up 3 nights because of sweat . Aircon was not working . Given the benefit of doubt that it was winter thus the aircon system cannot be turned on however we still feel the heat with the window opened as suggested by the front desk . "I have now stayed at the hotel 3 times and it seems to have lost its shine a little. 1 of the bars / food outlets that was formally in the building now seems to be closed and the breakfast is lacking for Western style food. It is however extremely clean and tidy with a beautiful pool and gym and rooms are well appointed, it just seems to lack any soul, perhaps being a little too clinical."
