"Stayed 6 nights at Sunroute plaza. Overall great experience. Conveniently located to station and walking distance to main city area. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in/out on a kiosk is quick and easy. The only negative for me was the uncomfortable pillow and the bed was a little firm. Other than that the stay was a solid 4/5. "

"My hotel experience here has made me want to book all my hotels with Sotetsu Hotels. Amenities provided was excellent. Place was very clean and rooms were better than standard size. Staff will give their best and beyond to provide service. Only downside to the hotel was there were only two washing machines (would've loved if they were ensuite as well). Location was okay but not very interesting."
