A comfy house for multiple families

The house was spacious with a nice kitchen and living room space to hang out together. The loft was very popular with the kids with lots of game options. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We would definitely stay there again!

Son’s wedding

The Windflower Retreat met our needs perfectly for my son’s wedding. Excellent location and all the amenities we needed for our stay. Will definitely be booking again when we come back to visit the newlyweds!

Well appointed and clean.

Very nice vacation home. Our family made use of all the bedrooms, the loft area and the large deck. Great proximity to town, the Marina and lake as well as e bike rentals. Well managed home.

House was wonderful plenty of room for the whole family great views. kids wanted snow and we got a lot of snow during our stay couldn’t ask for a better place with everything we needed for our vacation.

Frisco Family Christmas

The entire family came out to spend with my son, who wasn't able to make it back home. It was a great location and had everything we needed. It was easy communication and the place was clean. I'd recommend this to others.

Lots of pros and a couple of cons……

The steps to the front door are treacherous. We all entered and left via the garage. The oven was coated inside with grease and when we tried to heat it to 400 degrees, it never reached that temperature. Other than those two things, it was great. Lots of bedrooms and baths, clean overall, ample cook ware and dishes, etc. A happy family experience. Lots to do in the area — boating, hiking, exploring by auto, great restaurants, etc.

This house has a great layout for a large family, and it is in a very convenient location for lots of activities. Unfortunately it was not at all ready to receive guests when we arrived. Carpets not vacuumed. Showers, toilets and dishes not cleaned properly. It looked like someone had just redone the beds and towels and took off. Pretty disappointing.

Location is great-Lovely balcony -lots of privacy-House was in good shape but carpet was stained and needed to be washed. Summit was very responsive to any requests and easy to get a hold of via text or phone. We skied at Copper Mtn, and it was a quick 10-15 min drive. Some "extras" that we appreciated: good water pressure, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and the kitchen had essentials like spices and coffee filters.

A bonus foosball table was great fun for the young adults in the evenings. The kitchen had what we needed for all the cooking we do for our large group. We were able to walk to Mountain Dwellers Coffee easily (12 minutes) and even to Main Street (25 minutes). The transit center is also about a 10 minute walk for those coming in on the shuttle from the Denver Airport.

Home is just as described! We loved the outdoor area. Close to town (long walk) or short drive. Great central location for seeing lots of sights and other towns nearby. Great walking trails nearby!
