Great family beach house!

We came with a group of 11 people, ranging from 5 years to almost 70 years. There was plenty of room for all to enjoy and still have their own privacy. Great distance for walking to the beach also!

This house was super cute tucked in away from the Main Street but it had all the amenities in each room decorated so cute, I was in awe over all of the woodwork and just the decor I absolutely thought this house was adorable... plenty of room.

We loved Frisco Sunrise! It was rainy and cold weather so we stayed in a lot and the house was roomy enough for all 6 of us!! The kitchen was stocked for everything we needed and we loved the view from the crows nest! Beds were comfortable too!! We would stay here again!

Great house

This house was the quintessential beach house! It had a large open well stocked kitchen next to a living area with white shiplap that was so beachy. One of the best parts was a big open space next door that made for amazing sunrise views from the porch off the master. It was just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house was also very clean.

Best Vacation Ever!!!

Sometimes you find paradise in a moment in history and I must say that we found that moment in Frisco at your beautiful home. Our family enjoyed your lovely home which was spacious, nicely decorated, very comfortable and with the amenities that fulfilled our needs. We were able to spread out with kids having their space to enjoy TV, choices of many provided games or books from the bookshelf, or walk to the beach, a very short distance from the house. There were indoor and outdoor porches to enjoy the view, dine or watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. You could hear the waves splashing from the front porch balcony! Having three full baths and an outside shower was wonderful! Lots of closet space for clothing and luggage and a washer and dryer so you could go home without having laundry to do when you returned. Barbecue on the grill, as desired. Get a fire permit and have a campfire at the beach!! Pick fresh fruit from the very large fig tree in the back yard!! An added bonus!! The beach doesn't get any better. Very private, super clean, very fine, smooth sand and views you cannot even imagine if you haven't been there.

Septic issues

This house was great other than the septic system. Day 1 I called to let Vacasa to fix the problem. The septic was overflowing and smelled our whole vacation. Vacasa did not respond other than to tell us that we should conserve the water until it was fixed. By Wednesday...nothing had been done. Still waiting on a response from Vacasa. I have been told the issue has been excalated 3 times. Still nothing from them. Not sure if this is the company you want to rent a house from🙁

Beautiful location

The house is lovely and the views, especially from crows nest, Masterbedroom and it’s private deck and also the back porch. Location is excellent for either 4 wheel drive access or the beach at end of our street. The neighborhood beach butts up against the golf course property so if you walk 200 feet to your left it’s like having your own private and pristine beach. Master bedroom suite is amazing with a very comfortable king size bed however, the other three bedrooms have small beds. Not comfortable for adults. Having three full baths and an outdoor shower is a bonus. So is the Rinnai water heater which gives you continuous hot water. On demand. Never run out. This property has issues with maintenance, especially cleanliness of outside areas, the kitchen sink and routine maintenance inside that has been neglected. I gave a full report on this to Vacasa and they should make the home owner aware of these issues, many of which we took care of ourselves. NOT something we wanted to do on our vacation. I also sent pictures to Vacasa. Hopefully issues are remedied for next renters.

We loved that the whole family could have their own room and bathroom. Wished the beds could have been larger. The kitchen was well stocked. The carpet in living room had alot of previous stains. Does look like it's been deep cleaned in a while. Definitely not enough towels and wash clothes.

Frisco Sunrise 70 is Paradise

I absolutely love the cottage feel and the beautiful views this rental offers. The master bedroom was completely breathtaking, the private deck was also a major plus. A very short walk to the beach. The community is quiet and peaceful. So much more to say but I will say this the pictures don't do it's justice how beautiful this place really is.

Enjoyed our stay. Myself and my 2 daughters had plenty of space to come together or to find solitude. Just a few quirks, one dishtowel but a drawer full of pot holders. The girls enjoyed the puzzles that were there but most of them had pieces missing. Easy walk to beach and beautiful views.
