Sensitive Septic Tank:
This property uses a septic tank system. Mindful use of water and careful trash disposal is a MUST. Without adequate precautions the tank can overflow and spill.
Wildlife/Pest:
Pest controls are scheduled monthly, however we may sometimes expect some unwanted visitors from nature. There can be all kinds of bugs and plants. We strongly recommend use of shoes all times outside.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests that are not included in the official confirmation or have prior approval can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garages and owners’ utility storage. Boat lift is not for use.
Other things to note
Pool is currently under maintenance and unavailable. Trash gets pick up on Tuesday. Please leave trash bins by driveway gate and workers will grab them.
Driveway is a little steep, but can fit up to 4 big cars comfortably. Street parking is available. Backyard and walk to dock/lake is also steep. Elders and anyone with walking disabilities may want to take cautions to and fro the dock.
