Car was broken in to. All my Christmas presents were stolen. Was under a security camera. No security cameras working. No security. Nothing at all to make sure patrons feel safe. I was also Parked two cars down from front door. I feel this may be an inside job. Very disappointed for my entire stay. Wont stay there again and will warn friends there is no security. A tape of that night was requested by the police. They couldn’t believe you had no security. It was bad enough I lost $2000 in Christmas presents, but no security was the icing on the cake. Shante on you for not providing a safe place to stay.

My family & I stayed overnight with 3 rooms, In the beginning rooms were not available however the front desk receptionist was kind & helpful to check us in by 3:15.
