「Very cute, quaint place to stay! Small but has all you need! Shower was amazing, host greeted us as we got out of our car. Cat came to greet us shortly after. Only 30 minutes from capitol reef, so very commutable to your hikes. Four minute walk from the grocery store, and family dollar. Love that it’s pet friendly (and without a fee!!) Would stay here again 」

「We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. The short drive to the park is beautiful. Do be aware that the larger bathroom is downstairs while the three bedrooms are...

「We stayed with a youth group (total 18 people) at the I rustic, but cozy location. I don't love the strange little town called Koosharem, but this place was a good fit for how large our group was and our budget restraints. If it was in the budget, I would have stayed in a cabin by the lake--but I would rather this place with a kitchen and beds than tents near the lake. We hiked Capitol Reef and fished Fish Lake. It was nice to cook some nights on the grill/fire and some nights in the kitchen....

「Having this location as an option in the remote area is great for us. This is the second time we've stayed here. The rental description is accurate and the property is well maintained. For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental.
