This place is perfect if you plan to visit Fredericksburg. Walking distance to Main St, perfect location. Also, the place was very clean and comfy. This is our second time staying here and will continue to stay here when we visit.

Wonderful spot
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg. This is the next extremely convenient location as well as perfect care in maintenance. I would highly recommend this site if anyone is looking for a short or longer-term stay in Fredericksburg to see the sites.

The place and location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. Maybe suggest that you fix it so you can have the fan going and able to turn the light off. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Fredricksburg. The location was perfect for the 2 of us and our pups. We easily walked into town each day to shop and eat. It was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect location
This place is perfectly located within the Main Street area of Fredericksburg. It made shopping easy because we could just walk back and drop off bags we didn’t want to lug around. The house was clean, cute and quaint! It was my first time being in charge of the Vrbo rental so I felt the pressure, but I definitely I delivered a true gem!

Lovely little house, when I came in the vacuum was in the middle of the floor still plugged in, cleaning supplies on the little dinner table, no towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper. It was a nice stay, just wish things were different.

We really enjoyed staying in this quaint cottage style apartment that allowed us to park once and then enjoy all of the old-town part of Fredricksburg on foot! And then afterwards to be able to step into a relaxing and friendly space was wonderful!

Convenient, quiet, and comfortable
This property was conveniently located near Main Street, but since it was offset it was also quiet. We easily walked to restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and the Markplatz. The rental was spacious but cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

All-around great experience
My teenage daughter and I had an overnight getaway. The accommodations where perfect for us. Being just a block off the main street, we could walk everywhere. The parking area and stairs were safe and well-lit. It was very roomy...larger than I was expecting from the pictures. There were snacks and sodas. There were plenty of K-cups along with packets of sugar and creamer. The bed was VERY comfortable! I enjoyed a nice hot bath in the garden tub. There was even a essential oil diffuser! It was really a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our time together. I would definitely stay again!!

Excellent location for a Fredricksburg getaway
This property is wonderful! It is only 1 block from Main Street and museums. We have stayed here twice and will continue to stay here in the future. It is quiet, yet close to everything. The room is nice, comfortable and has everything you need already there.
