Patio Sisters is an urban chic compound, offering four private guest quarters within walking distance of Fredericksburg's Main Street attractions. Each of the four suites is named for one of the "sisters," and each offers the comforts of home plus the added bonus of a fantastic location in the heart of Fredericksburg's historic district. While each suite of Patio Sisters makes for the perfect private get-away, you can also rent all four making it an ideal setting for small groups of up to 8. Enjoy your privacy but with the added advantage of close proximity to your traveling companions.
In any of the Patio Sisters suites you will enjoy a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan above a comfortable king size bed. You will also appreciate the 42" TV with cable selections along with complimentary wireless internet. Each suite also includes a mini-bar perfect for making a cup of coffee in the morning. Your oversized bathroom includes a chic galvanized metal shower with rainwater head above.
All of the Patio Sisters also offer that most popular romantic amenity...the private hot tub plus an outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood provided). If you are looking for great amenities, sleek and simple design and a great location for vacation rentals in Fredericksburg, TX, then you're sure to enjoy Patio Sisters!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great location
The property was conveniently located about 2.5 blocks from Main Street at the point where Hondo’s is located. It was an adorable space with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the fireplace was a welcome addition on a cold night. We didn’t take advantage of the outdoor area but it looked really nice.

Nice place but several shortcomings.
Hot tub temp control didnt work; property manager was no help. Ceiling fan speed not manageable. Poor a/c. No Wi-Fi service. Can’t make a good rec to anyone. Too bad, because it is a beautiful place.

Very cute suite. Clean and nicely decorated; quiet location too. We loved being able to walk to the Marktplatz von Fredericksburg and other shops. We stayed 4 nights but the suite did not have dedicated storage for clothes & stuff (we don't pack light!) but we would still give an A++ for our stay.

Great stay close to Main St!
Adorable little place! Super clean and comfortable. The patio is amazing, but not totally private as the parking lot and house across the street can see all the way through the unit in you’re not careful. Regardless, it is a well kept property and a great stay for a weekend away. The shower and electric fireplace were the best! We would come back.

Amazing
Property was so cute and charming! We were visiting for a girls trip and this was the perfect location for us. Just a short drive to Main Street and all the good food. The hot tub was an added perk since it was especially cold this past weekend when we visited. Everything was as expected and super glad we chose this location.

Great small house!
Perfect size for just us two. Only thing it lacked is a nice sitting area. The bar chairs were too small and not comfortable. The TV was really difficult to work, couldn’t get the cable box and tv to power on together. There is a mini fridge but that’s not advertised. Overall, great location!

Gorgeous stay
Perfect size room for 2 for a long weekend! Loved having private patio and our own hot tub outside! Very relaxing after enjoying our day on Main Street or the wineries! Only recommendation, a sign at the front entrance. Dark at night and hard to locate drive with no lit or visible sign to property.

Perfect Mother/Daughter Getaway
We had the best mother/daughter weekend of wine and shopping. The hot tub was a great way to end the night with a bottle of wine. We didn't get to use the fireplace as there is a burn ban currently, but it would have been an added bonus had it been possible. We will be back!

Set up for sleeping only...
A sleeping quarters only is normally ok for my spouse and I but we were unaware that the town opens and closes so early. Opens about 10:00 and closes at 5:00ish. We went through the week so Monday and Tuesday MANY of the places were closed all together. some places said they were open until 5:30 and were not. The room is very small and getting back so early in the day there are no lounging chairs to just sit and relax, only the bed. The shower was large & has an updated rain shower head but the water is super soft & no pressure or heat & at all. You never feel clean & if you have a-lot of hair like me, you simply just cant get the soap/conditioner out. One night we got dinner to go to eat at the room...nowhere to sit, no forks, no plates... we made lite of it and ate with the paper towels outside but it was really chilly so we didn't stay long. They do have a Keurig coffee maker with the pods which was really nice. One other review had mentioned the light coming in the room. This is no joke. The lights stay on outside for safety ( I am assuming) but they shine directly in the room the entire night. There needs to be a darker shade underneath to pull at night. The hot tub & warm, was nice and easy to use. The fireplace outside was very nice also & they provided wood and the starters. The chairs outside were like aluminum and not real comfortable but it worked. Also, you are about 2 blocks from Main st. Not far but not close either. You could still hear the large trucks early in the morning as they were starting the day. All in all, we had a nice time by just rolling with the issues but I would have stayed some place different if I would have known all that I do now.
