We have so much problem with a code that was send and didn't work. Luckily we came before 6 Pm and employee from the winery , gave us their code, so we could enter. Tried to call property manager, but nobody picked up the phone. This is not acceptable, for the cost per night.

Girls Trip
I took my mom, sister and oldest daughter to Fredericksburg for my mom’s 70th birthday. She absolutely loved the Paris cottage and it was the perfect size for the four of us! It was tastefully appointment and even came with a continental style breakfast with mimosas. We used the Keurig every morning and evening. It was perfect! We even were treated to live music on the back patio, while sipping our fabulous Messina Hof wine and delectable dessert tray. I couldn’t ask for a better girl’s weekend in Fredericksburg! Highly recommend!

Great quiet, private cottage. Just what we needed to come back and crash after a long day of Fred...
The refreshments in the room was nice. Water bottles would have been a plus! I'll remember to bring them next time. the living room area could use a TV and coffee table, but otherwise very cozy and good for what we needed it for. Sleep and reset!

Nice but disappointing
Decided a day prior to drive to Fredericksburg, which is 1 hour from our home to just be somewhere else due to being confined to outings for health reason for past 4 months. We planned on visiting th market days there on Sunday morning. Since we were going to watch our college teams play on tv Saturday night anyhow, we just decided to stay there and watch the games there to get out. Unfortunately upon arrival we learn that tv is not available due to the lack of a remote control and they did not have another unit to move us to. We spent the night watching 2 games on an iPad which was no fun. I understand that things happen but when the very nice attendant came to help us, he mentioned that they were suppose to order a new one but it must have not gotten in yet, so apparently someone knew in advance. It was really the only requirement we had. They gentleman returned and offered us a bottle of wine but neither of us drink, so we respectively declined. Overall the place was nice and as described just bummed we had to try to make something work for 6 hours.

Great 2-day stay!
We spent 2 days on the Messina Hof property to celebrate a friend's 65th birthday. We couldn't have had a better time! My husband and I stayed at Paris Cottage, and my friend and her husband staged at Hof Haus. Both properties were perfect. Cute furnishings with everything we needed. Plenty of snacks and delicious scones provided! We spent each evening on the back patio with a bottle of wine (it is Fredericksburg after all!). Housekeeping was perfect, and furnishings were comfortable. Representatives from both Vacasa and Messina Hof were very helpful. We can't wait to come back!

This place was very quiet, secluded, and clean. Vacasa did a great job communicating about all of the check in/out procedures. The place was very well stocked with drinks and snacks. I would recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Everything you nee
This sweet Paris cabin had everything we needed, including champagne and orange juice for mimosas. The cabin was super clean and bigger than many cabins. It had a nice view of the winery in the front and the countryside in the back. Only thing I would change is the bed mattress-too hard for my taste, but I am sure some would love that.

Loved everything about this place! The Paris cottage was beautifully decorated, and the amenities the owner provided was awesome, from the fresh continental breakfast snacks and bottle of Brut in the refridge waiting for us to begin the birthday celebration! Well done!

I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the terrible bedding. We paid almost $1,000 to stay for 2 nights and at that price I expect luxurious linens. The sheets were cheap rough scratchy and extremely uncomfortable.

Sister getaway weekend!
Brought my sister here for the weekend as her bachelorette party and we both loved it!! The location is convenient for just walking to the tasting room and driving out to downtown. The Paris cottage was clean and the complimentary mimosa and breakfast choices were very appreciated. Instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow and overall the weekend was peaceful... would stay again for sure!!

Really enjoyed this winery and cottage!
My two friends and I had a nice, relaxing wine tasting at Messina Hof. We loved the wine and bought a few bottles. Then we checked in at the Paris Cottage. It was an easy check in, spacious and had everything we needed! We sat out back enjoying a little more wine and watched the deer. Then we drove into town for dinner. This location is perfect for visiting wineries, breweries, the Wild Seed Farm and for going into town. I would definitely stay here again!
