"Our first entry into our room was not the best. It smelled strongly of pot. We told the desk clerk and she was aware and told us they had a little trouble from the couple who had stayed the night before. She immediately moved us to another room, which was also an upgrade. My only question was why they put us in that original room to begin with. They had numerous room openings. The room we were moved to was fine and we were appreciative for the upgrade in rooms."

"The cabin was charming and clean! It was a super easy check in and check out. Even though it was close to a busy road, we enjoyed a quiet stay. "The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see! "

"Contacted the property ahead of arriving because of a confusing email I received. They were able to confirm our reservation and checked us in over the phone, which allowed us to continue our sightseeing and not have to worry about it. The bathroom was small but the water was hot.
