Villa inserita in un comprensorio di bellissime ville . Proprietari molto disponibili per qualunque necessità. La consiglio oltre per quanto già detto anche per la comodità di raggiungere il centro e i vari supermercati e negozi, oltre ovviamente alla spiaggia. La consiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo. 「Ci siamo rimasti per tre settimane ed è stata una delle peggiori esperienze che abbia mai avuto da quando affitto case estive. La casa non può essere abitata da più di tre persone perché dopo tre docce l’acqua finisce. Il circuito infatti la pesca da un serbatoio che si svuota velocemente. L’impianto elettrico è a mio parere completamente fuori norma, prese penzolanti e fili scoperti. Ho richiesto la certificazione a nostra e loro garanzia che non mi è stata mai fornita. La casa è piena di...

「La casa è molto bella e funzionale, corredata di tutto ciò che occorre in tutti gli spazi. La zona giorno è ampia e luminosa, il giardino esterno è molto utile per stare all'aperto e riposarsi. L'host è stato accogliente e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa scaldata. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questa struttura」

「First of all, I like to say, the people checking us in at the office were great and very polite and helpful. However, the unit we rented was sorely outdated and not comfortable. With many broken dishes, dirty floors, and outdated beds we were not very comfortable during our stay. Additionally, we were unable to cook, because the stove was so old. The indicators were all rubbed off, so we did not know how to use the stove (high, versus low settings). I was disappointed overall with the condition...

Cinzia, hat uns sehr gut empfangen und mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt. Das Auto kann im Hof geparkt werden und ist durch Tor gesichert. Uns hat in 2 Wochen nichts gefehlt und wir können Cinzia als Gastgeberin und Ihre schöne Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Es ist auch ruhige Lage und trotzdem sehr zentral. Top Lage. 「We are a family of 6 and it was a great setup and location near the beach, as well as a short distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive both prior to and during our stay. Only suggestion would be to have additional bicycles to get around town - nearest bike shop to rent bikes is a bit of a walk from the house. Overall, excellent stay! Would definitely recommend.」

「The location is execellent but smallish flat with granny s furniture does not help No cooking ustensiles nor cooking knives so we find the place quite négligeant towards guests no bathroom garbage the whole offer was c rated with pricing at least 1000 eur too much It is a pity I have made suggestions to Tuscan VillD to improve place to justify rentSorry but these are friendly comments BarbaraDD」

「Die Wohnung war insoweit in Ordnung. Bekommt man ein Gefrierfach nicht mehr in der Küche unter, so dass man in den Keller muss? Im Wohnzimmer sowie in den beiden Schlafzimmmern gibt es inzwischen je eine Klimaanlage. Die haben wir anfangs auch gebraucht. Leider ist der Verkehrslärm von der Straße zu laut und in der Nachbarschaft wohnen drei Hunde, die vom Balkon aus jeden Vierbeiner anbellen. Das war zum Teil nicht auszuhalten. Insgesamt würden wir nicht nochmal die Wohnung mieten!」
