We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly what we needed - a cozy place to retreat to at the end of a busy day. It is equipped with a lot of extra necessities that made things easier (cooking sheet, cutting board, knives, dish rack, stuff like that), and even had extra blankets and hangers in the closet, which I thought was a nice touch.
We planned a cozy day in during our vacation, and had no problems logging onto Youtube to watch shows.
The owner was responsive, and even allowed us to check in an hour early. It was great!
The only real thing of note that wasn't listed in any of the reviews I read - that isn't a deal breaker, by any means - is that there are train tracks somewhere nearby. The train runs sporadically throughout the day - including late at night and early in the morning. It wasn't enough to disrupt our rest, but if you have any noise-sensitive people, they should bring ear plugs or a white noise machine as needed. On that note, one of the bedrooms does have an AC unit right outside it which can be a bit noisy - no one's fault, and my friend used a white noise machine and was fine with it, but it's just something to be aware of if you have people sensitive to that kind of thing.
Overall, this was a great stay. It was easy to get into the house and lock up behind us, and located really close to a grocery store, which made it nice to pick things up if we forgot anything (which we definitely did).
