Picturesque emerald coast balcony seats 5 in raised polywood chairs with a view from the 6th floor that will make you say WOW. Beautiful showers in 2 bathrooms (1 tub). Fitness room, tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard. In unit washer/dryer. Free Parking. Beach chairs provided. Destin dining and activities close by.

Outdoor grills free to use. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available to rent. No parties or pets permitted; decibel monitor throughout condo for the relaxation of our guests.

Wonderful Vacation
We loved the condo being on 6th floor. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins from our patio every day. The condo was very nice. The host, J&M Coastal Rentals were very helpful. They want to make sure your stay is wonderful. We all had a great time!!

Amazing balcony, beautiful beach access
Our family loved this place! Being right on the beach is our favorite thing, and with free beach chair/umbrella setup from 7:30am-5 every day it’s a great value. And at night the balcony was the perfect place to unwind. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautifully updated. We were very glad to have a fitness center and tennis court on site as well. We always love the peaceful atmosphere of Okaloosa Island and Island Echos in the most undated property we’ve stayed at. We’ll be back!
