The condo is in a great location with great views. The condo itself needs some updating and the carpet in the bedroom was very dirty. It had stains all over it and the tile floors were not very clean. The furniture is a little worn out but we weren't in the condo that much.

The condo was clean but the furniture needs to be replaced. When you sit down you fall to the bottom of the chairs. Great views we will rent it again. Oh one other thing the shower needs safety bars to hold on to very slippery floors.

Perfect Stay!

Except for a minor glitch with check-in, the stay was flawless! Great room, perfect view, could not have asked for more! The only reason I bring up the glitch is because it was corrected instantly after a quick phone call. I can’t wait for our next stay!

Very nice location

Very nice for a small family. Kitchen is very neat and clean . Rooms are clean as well but little worn out. Beds are good and clean. Carpet and couches are worn out which is not uncommon. Balcony is great with both sunrise and sunset views during thanksgiving time. Liked it very much.

beautiful view from the balcony. Beach was awesome and clean . Chair and umbrellas set up every morning around 7 it’s first come. So make sure you are ready and walk out there with your towels set them on the chairs you want and go back to your room if your not ready for the beach yet. Our dishwasher did not work that is the only con to this beautiful condo.

This unit was not that clean. Potato chips on the floor, unflushed toilet when we arrived, partial bottle of water left on bathroom sink, and lots of dust on picture frames, towels bars, etc.

Nice condo experience. Everything we needed was there. My only suggestion is ..... Get a new couch! It was quite dirty, as were the pillows and had definitely lost all it's support.

Great room & beach access

The room was nice & loved how easy it was to get to beach & check was easy. My only suggestion would be to have more essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels. Oh more bedding would have been nice as well. My daughter likes sleeping on the pullout & there was not any sheets to put on it & there was only one spare blanket. But other than that we enjoyed the unit & accessibility to everything.

Great location. Nice owners. Condo needs TLC.

This condo has a great location. The owner Christy is very nice & quick in responding. My deposit was returned quickly as well. The condo does need some improvements though. The carpet in the bedroom is badly stained and the furniture is stained as well. The walls need scrubbed. The kitchen also needs more storage containers & new skillets.
