"The condo was absolutely wonderful. It had pretty much everything you would have in your own home. It was clean, updated and roomy. Enjoyed every evening on the front porch patio. Condo complex was very quiet. Socialized with very nice people at the pool. Location was convenient to Englewood Beach, Gasparilla Island (Boca Grande beach), grocery stores and restaurants. I had originally researched rentals in the area for several weeks prior and when I decided to purchase this new rental popped up...

"Love a warm late winter trip to FL from PA! Really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay at Di's place. We had absolutely everything we needed!! The lanai was my favorite spot for AM coffee & PM wine & book. Fishing was a hit for the guys. The pool temp was perfect for us girls. We had some really great meals, K&K Bakery, Twisted Fork, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, The Waverly and The Village Brewhouse at the Fishermen's Village to name a few favorites."

"Location worked great for us…..size was great as well. Lanai faces El Jobean/ 776 and is very noisy so if you want an outdoor space that is quiet this isn’t the place. The condo itself is very quiet. You do have to climb stairs to access the condo so if you cannot do stairs, this isn’t the right place for you. Parking was convenient and is covered. "

"Всем кто ищет место для отдыха на Флориде- хочу порекомендовать вам это место !!!!оно очень уютное и красивое! очень близко к пляжам , Недалеко от аэропорта и самого красивого пляжа с белым песком в Сарасоте во дворе имеется бассейн, личная парковка .Все что нужно для плавания тоже у них есть.. защита после солнца и крем от солнца, большой холодильник и все что необходимо для отдыха . Моя семья очень хорошо отдохнула надеюсь встретимся в следующем году! Мне бочень хотелось приехать туда...

"Upon arrival I found the view was nothing but a parking lot! Side note the last week I was there they were putting grass down and no more parking lot. The view is ONLY from the upstairs bedroom window. The condo was NOT clean! The sheets were filthy! I was told by Daniel (owner) to go buy new sheets! Ridiculous! I had to sleep on the top of the bed my first night after a 20 hour travel. The next morning I had to go buy sheets, I was reimbursed for but nonetheless it was something I should not...

"The photos of this condo were beautiful but stepping into this place was like taking a deep, rejuvenating breath of fresh, tropical air! ALL the rooms are spacious and decorated with love down to the last detail. The owner was beyond accommodating with my every request, as well as her son who smiled so happily when he also helped me. This was my first ‘alone’ trip as a widow and I probably had more questions/concerns than most travelers. The owner was so understanding and patient, sincerely...

"We had two couples stay at the unit and it served our needs well. It was clean. It was nice to have the 3rd bathroom. Greg, the host, said the unit was available for early check-in. Although we didn't need that it was appreciated. We were able to use the pool and that was fine. The only minor complaint was that one of the bathrooms was out of TP and there wasn't a spare square anywhere. We walked the neighborhood every morning and felt completely safe."
