Ocean getaway

We loved the place. Beach decor, updated and fully functioning kitchen to keep our cost down by not eating out. We were within walking distance to the beach, big plus. And had our coffee every morning on the screened in deck, and drinks every evening. Beautiful

Great location in a quiet residential area of Fort Myers Beach! Loved the area of the island with less traffic than downtown. Quick walk to the beach and 1/2 mile to Publix for groceries.

Great stay!

Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Short walk to the beach from the quiet neighborhood. Beautiful, breezy, screened in porch to watch the sun come up.

Quiet neighborhood with a walk to the beach

Loved our stay at The Sand. It was quiet, quaint, and just a few minute walk to the beach! I would recommend buying any cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, beach gear etc. you may need. Otherwise the stay was amazing and tucked away at the end of the block.

The unit is centrally located on the island. It was very comfortable and clean. We loved the way it was decorated and the view of the canal from the front window is a Kodak moment. We would definitely stay there again!

An amazing stay!

We had a great time at this unit. It was really clean, had good supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The location was great, about half way b/w Times Square and Lover's Key. The neighborhood was quiet, had great views up the canal and was just a short walk from the beach. We'd definitely rent this one again!

The property is exactly as stated in the description. Very close to beach and a fantastic view of the canal. We returned one to to find the power was off, made one call and someone was there to get it fixed within 15 minutes. Nicely decorated, cozy, perfect place to stay. Would definitely rent again!

Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated apartment in a quiet neighborhood within short walking distance to great beach. We brought our bikes, and biked everywhere. It was chilly the week we were there so we appreciated the big smart TV with You Tube TV.

Perfect getaway spot

This quaint spot was the perfect place to stay for a week while exploring the area. The beach is just a few minute walk, the outdoor spout was perfect for rinsing sandy feet, and the patio was a great area for evening relaxation. My maintenance requests were tended to and resolved quickly which is very much appreciated!! They were very responsive.

Newly remolded with gorgeous finishes. Beds roomy and comfortable. Top of the line appliances. Wonderful view down the canal from the screened in porch.

Pleasant and convenient property 4 blocks from the beach

This is a very nice property, and it is well-maintained. The screened porch on the second floor faces a canal, and is an enjoyable place to hang out. All the appliances are modern, but the kitchen could use some more tools and a blender. Furniture and beds are ample and comfortable. Excellent value for the price.
