"Beautiful view and location. Hot tub was wonderful. Staff was on it when something was not working properly."

"Great location, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast served was simple but quite good. The heated swimming pool and hot spa were super for the winter chili days. The housekeeping service was terrible! Although we asked three times, nobody came to clean our room and collect the trash. We ended up using the same towels and cleaning the kitchen, dishes, and utensils for 4 days. Overall, we recommend the hotel but suggest they would improve housekeeping issues. "

"Hotel is going through some renovations which I understand the property is in need of complete overall . Breakfast is provided by third party at only $10 per person which does not cover the cost the lady serving breakfast does not understand any concept on customer service whatsoever rude forgetful and not very pleasant "
