Best of everything! Spacious, homey comforts with all resort amenities of a 4-star resort in this Luxury condo rental unit, adjacent to Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort - right before the causeway onto Sanibel Island. To-die-for water & sunset views from 9th Floor screened lanai! Condo pool deck is completely brand new and open!

Just redecorated dining/living room and outdoor furniture - including convenient new desk/work station for those who need to check in to work remotely.

From our high 9th floor location you will witness infinite views of San Carlos Bay, Pine Island and Sanibel Island with amazing sunsets and dolphin and other sea-life sitings, not only from our floor-to-ceiling screened lanai with cool breezes, but from the master bedroom.

The private beach front is just steps off the elevator and has lots of lounge chairs.

The private condo pool and hot tub- reserved only for use by owners and their guests. There is a complimentary condo pool steps from the building...lots and lots of comfy lounge chairs.
If heading to the beach at Sanibel (we are a 5 minute drive, right before the causeway onto the island) we provide beach towels, chairs!

You'll also have access to the amazing 4-star Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort restaurants and bar with outrageous water views....5 minute walking distance from condo.
Choice of 5 Marriott restaurants, open to the public.
The Marriott has an awesome Spa (please check if open post Ian). Fun, Bimini Bait Shack restaurant/bar with daily live music is walking distance as well.

The condo is super spacious with tasteful decor -- all modern stainless kitchen appliances and appointed with everything needed for meal (or cocktail!) preparation if you decide to eat in. In the spacious living area, there's a large round glass dining table/chairs (seats 6 plus 2 more at our breakfast bar) , cushy couches with Queen sleeper that face the water, a new desk/work space area and large flat screen TV and DVD player. Wood plank porcelain floor throughout for a luxurious, clean feel. Head out to see more of the glorious water view on enclosed lanai, reachable through the floor to "almost' ceiling glass sliders.

Condo sleeps 6. The cozy master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, slider to the screened lanai, full water view of San Carlos Bay from the picture window, and full bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bath features a second tub and shower. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
There's a comfy Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

You never have to get in a car to have the vacation of a lifetime...But if you want to explore, the condo is so well situated - right before the causeway ($6 toll) to Sanibel Island renowned for shelling, Ding Darling preserve and cute shops/restaurants; minutes from Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, Fort Myers Beach and nightlife, golf courses, historic Edison estate, downtown Fort Myers, great outlet shopping (both Ft Myers and Estero), Naples and much more.

Lovely condo w/ large pool and private beach
This condo was in a convenient and private location with new large pool and private beach. Waterfront view from condo and balcony was gorgeous. We fell asleep each night to the lovely sound of the waves. Condo had everything we needed including pool floats, beach toys and chairs, and towels. Location was convenient as we were close to Sanibel Island and also mainland activities and restaurants/stores. Communication from owners was always prompt and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we visit the area.

Great trip
We stayed for two nights in this beautifully appointed condo before meeting our family for a week in Captiva. The condo had everything we needed; including gorgeous views, a screened porch (keep the mosquitoes and no-see ums away), pool, hot tub, and beach! We easily could have spent the week here. The hosts were nothing short of excellent and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great 9th floor view of the water. Condo was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living area. Pool was not open yet but very easy access to private beach. Owners very responsive when I had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything at our condo was wonderful. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star rating, was because the pool was not yet available and parts of the building were still under construction due to damage from the 2022 hurricane. Eventually, I can see the condo returning to a 5 star VRBO. Thank you!

Incredible view
Property was nice. You have to keep the AC no lower than 72 and it never was cool enough for us. The bedrooms were especially stuffy. The pool was not available because of Hurricane Ian and initially the owner said we could go to the Marriott to use the pool, and then on day of arrival the welcome letter stated that the Marriott was not allowing Sanibel Tower renters to use the pool. Not cool!

Nice place
This is a nice place. Owners were honest about the condition of the area. We were bummed that we couldn't use the pool yet, but hopefully people who are staying in the future will get to use it soon! Balcony is awesome. Beautiful view. Short distance to a great breakfast place called Chocolattes, which we had every day we were there. Unit was clean. Only minor criticism is the checkout instructions on the app didn't have much info except to take out the trash. Otherwise, lovely place.

Great View, Beautiful Condo!
This was our first time in the area. What a great spot to vacation. We walked over to the Marriott to enjoy the Tiki Bar on the water during the day and the sports bar at night. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The pool was still under renovation but lazy mornings enjoying our coffee on the balcony or cocktails at night were enjoyed instead.. Great communication with our host, responses within minutes! We hope to stay here again in the future.

The place we stayed was disappointing. The master bathroom was a joke. The shower stall was so small I couldn’t bend down to wash my feet. The toilet enclosure was also small. Needs to be redesigned and remodeled. What a tiny beach to be called a beach. Not enough towels .Had to wash towels every day .

Location, Location, Location
This is a great condo for a small family wanting to be near Sanibel & Captiva Island. You are literally a bridge away from Lighthouse beach (our favorite). Our trip was amazing and the location allowed us to save money by cooking at the condo daily! I will start with the pro's of the condo: Great view of the bay area, beach, pool, hot tub, right off the elevator, pool toys, cooler, plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella (with a handy tool to screw securely into sand), very clean, beach towels, Kitchen with a fair amount of supplies for cooking (could really use more), and location, location, location! Some things worth mentioning that did affect our overall score of the condo. The price vs the condition of things didn't seem up to par. The master bed and the pull out bed are not in the best shape. Both my husband and my son had sore ribs after sleeping each morning. Only 2 pillows were provided for the king bed, they were only standard size pillows, not even the right size for the bed. Our check in instructions stated we were not to touch any extra pillows/linens/towels in the master closet. If we did, an excessive additional fee would be charged. The light in the master bathroom is so dim you can barely see to shave/bathe in the shower or put make up on in the mirror. The kitchen cabinets are in serious need of updating. They are beyond repair, yet it seems the handyman just keeps rigging things. Many of the finish to the pressed wood cabinets are coming apart, the large drawer containing the silverware opens at an angle. It's off center and nearly impossible to close all the way. This is due to the multiple times it's been screwed back together. The giant block of wood used to shim the dishwasher keeps falling. It makes it very hard to start the dishwasher and keep it running. The condo interior is due for a renovation at this point. Otherwise, it was a great family trip and the condo was the perfect size for our family!

Excellent adventure
Excellent adventure. I chose this condo over others because of the magnificent view and it didn’t disappoint. My daughters and I gathered for a once in a lifetime girls only trip to celebrate their birthdays. We spent our time divided between Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Fort Myers. Went to several beaches that were all very different but wonderful. Very short walk right to the beach on all of them. Great location for exploring the area. The condo itself has a Marriott hotel right next to it. The hotel has a concierge that was very helpful in planning what we wanted to do. I would definitely go back and recommend my friends this location and condo. The owners were extremely helpful in every way.

Family Gathering Spot
Beautiful space right outside of Sanibel. Cozy however big enough to have several families join us during the day for pool, beach, tennis and meals. Everything we needed was available on the property. Nice walking trail as well.

Sanibel Harbour Condo with awesome views!!
This was a great place for a sisters trip!!! Great location with easy access to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Private and quiet but still only a few minutes to Walmart, Target, pharmacies etc.. Nice pool! Easy access to condo with convenient parking. Small but quiet beach with some great shade for reading a book or enjoying the spectacular views!
