This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a 4-night stay, but because I couldn’t check in before 7 PM on the first day, the rude and unprofessional hotel owner canceled my entire reservation without warning. To make things even worse, they refused to issue a refund and ignored all my attempts to contact them—they won’t even answer the phone!
I reached out to Expedia, expecting some kind of support, but they told me that since they had already deposited the money into the owner’s account, there was nothing they could do. No refund, no alternative solution, and not even a formal complaint report against the hotel. Absolutely no effort to resolve the issue.
Both the hotel and Expedia showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.
