"We were offered a discounted upgrade upon check in. It was my birthday and we were excited to accept. The riom was spacious with an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint wasn't really the hotels fault but a little communication would have been helpful. We traveled out to the suburbs for a day trip. When we tried to return they had shut down the entire city for a Mexican Independence parade. Entering the city was not possible until 4am. Locals planned this fir months it was on...

"Hotel is very nice and right next door to the Chicago Theater. We were in town to see Matt Rife, was extremely convenient. Hotel room was very nice and clean. The food and service was great at their restaurant. I recommend staying at this hotel and will stay there again if we go to a show in the future at the Chicago Theater."
