"The room was clean and everything worked fine, but it was nothing special. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes for the clerk to come back to the front desk. The lobby was small and sparsely decorated. There were limited places to eat and when I went to Ziggy's it was already closed. I went there for breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. I will probably not return to this hotel. I have also stayed at the Lamplighter North and I do prefer it over the South location."

"This is the cutest hotel ever!! We stayed in the Casablanca room and highly recommend!! It was clean, modern, and a great location on Commercial St. My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Springfield so got in a bit late. Instructions were easy to follow and the hotel itself is great! Loved staying here and would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Springfield!"
