Excellent location directly at the beach
We were two families with seven kids, the house was big enough and comfortable for us, it was good equipped with all necessaries (except the dish washer). Especially relaxing was for us the nice sandy beach where our kids and we could go anytime without any extensive preparation just by passing the garden door. We enjoyed our stay in this house very much and would come with a great pleasure again.

Zwei angenehme und ruhige Wochen am Meer
schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen; Super-Strand direkt vom Garten aus zugänglich (sauber, flach abfallend, wenig besucht); gut geschlafen in den Betten; vollständige Küchenausstattung (leider ohne Spülmaschine, war aber aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich); sehr hilfreiche und stets ansprechbare Vermieter; netter Empfang; leider war das angenehme Meeresrauschen nicht immer laut genug, um die Verkehrsgeräusche der Küstenstraße zu kaschieren wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren

Bellissima vacanza!
Villa stupenda in una posizione esclusiva! Noi abbiamo soggiornato con un bimbo di un anno e mezzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la spiaggia su cui affaccia la villa è stata sempre semi deserta cosa davvero rara nelle domeniche di Agosto. Alessia è stata una padrona di casa deliziosa, ci ha dato indirizzi utilissimi per scoprire la zona. Grande serietà e ottima accoglienza. Last but not least il patio vista mare per colazioni, pranzi e cene da favola. Highly recommended!!

Villa con giardino.
Nel complesso positiva. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al mare. La proprietà è affacciata sulla spiaggia, mai stata sovraffollata nonostante il periodo di altissima stagione. La casa si è prestata ad accogliere 8 adulti e 2 bambini. Piccola nota dolente la presenza di formiche in cucina e l"affaccio delle camere verso la strada provinciale, particolarmente trafficata nel periodo della nostra permanenza.

Großzügiges Anwesen direkt am Sandstrand
Wunderbare Villa direkt am Meer und Küstenstrasse gelegen, für uns als Großfamilie (10 Personnen) war es die perfekte Unterkunft. Gute Ausgangsposition für Ausfüge in die Umgegung, oder aber um einfach am Meer die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

A paradise (on the beach)!
Villa Greg exceeded our expectations. The garden is huge and varied and leeds you straight to your private gate to the beach. You literally watch (and hear) the ocean while having breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were only 5 but this house would be great for sharing with family and friends. Alessia and Federico are so friendly and kind and they upon our arrival late in the evening they even left us breakfast as the stores were all closed. Our family highly recommends and we hope to be back soon. Ekman family, Stockholm, Sweden

Stunning house and amazing location
We loved our stay and the house is gorgeous. The owners are really helpful and friendly. The access to the beach was brilliant especially with kids and the outdoor showers. We would love to go back.

Vacanza con bambini
Siamo stati in vacanza con 4 famiglie, tutti con bimbi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa e bella e in una posizione ottima. La spiaggia antistante e sempre libera e l’acqua e pulitissima. L’accesso diretto alla spiaggia offre un grande comfort alla vacanza, specialmente viaggiando con bimbi. Alessia e molto disponibile e per ogni esigenza ha provveduto velocemente a supportarci. L’unica pecca è che l’acqua del rubinetto non è potabile. Noi comunque l’abbimo usata per cucinare e non c’e stato nessun problema. Molto consigliata, sicuramente torneremo!

Realtà supera aspettative !!!
Finalmente una casa vacanze dove realtà supera aspettative ! Casa pulita , fresca e accogliente . Proprietà vasta , anche se siamo soggiornato con famiglia e amici di 9 persone , abbiamo trovato nostri spazi di tranquillità . Cortile fronte casa ampio completamente ombreggiato e con vista da cartolina sul mare , dove abbiamo passato giornate intere fra conversazioni o semplicemente ascoltare il mare . Spiaggia fronte villa poco frequentata quindi era a nostra quasi esclusiva disposizione e il mare con acqua calda e trasparente . Abbiamo trascorso una vera VACANZA spensierata !!! Alessia e Federico , GRAZIE MILLE per Vostra ospitalità !!! Torneremo sicuramente .

Super Urlaub auf einem riesigen Anwesen mit Flair...
Wir haben den gemeinsamen Urlaub mit Kindern und Freunden in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Kinder hatten auf dem riesigen Grundstück sehr viel Platz zum Spielen. Das Haus bot genug Platz für uns 11 Personen (inkl. 2 Hunden) und man konnte sich auch ausserhalb des Gebäudes super aufhalten. Der Hammer war aber die riesige Terrasse, eingebettet in einem "kleinen Urwald" mit Meerblick, die als Treffpunkt Nr. 1 für alle diente. Das Haus hat einen direkten Zugang zum wunderschönen Strand, der über einen Weg durch den Garten erreicht wird. Wir hatten den Strand quasi für uns alleine, was ebenfalls sehr entspannend war. Federico und Allessia...Danke nochmal dafür :-)
