Mother’s Day Weekend
We had a wonderful stay at Folly Beach. We celebrated Mother’s Day and my husband’s 60th birthday. The place was clean and fully equipped with all essentials. We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be returning.

convenient to the beach, good view of the ocean, clean and liked the lay out. Would have given it 5 stars but the dryer wouldn’t dry very well and need pans to cook with Teflon was scratched up and loose handles, would stay there again.

great place, but?
everything was basically great. very light on convenience items like kleenex, dish rags, wash cloths, etc. most places I stay are better equipped with kitchen/ bath essentials. otherwise, great place at a great location.

Walkable and lovely
We like "walkable" areas where we can safely stash the rental car and explore the area. Many restaurants and bars are just steps away. An amazing new pier is a short stroll down the beach. Condo itself was ideal for six adults, with each pair having own bath.

Pavilion Watch 2f
Alright so major pro of this place is the location. You can walk to any of the restaurants, shops, stores, and bars anywhere on Folly. It is also directly across from the beach and has a great view. Now if you want to feel like you're walking into the Lion King everytime you enter the condo, this is your place. The decor has alot going on lol. The main living area has alot of furniture cramped into it but you can rearrange it. We only had 2 people so we didn't bother. We did have issues with the main cable box not working and 2 of the other rooms missing remotes for the cable. The balcony has a ton of room and seating, we spent alot of time out there. I will say the place is clean and centrally located and did have everything we needed. If you can get it at a good price it would be worth it if you aren't spending a ton of time indoors.

Long weekend getaway
The condo was clean and neat. It was stocked with necessities to start our visit (toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies). All 3 bedrooms were very nice. My only complaint would be that the music from a restaurant across the street played till about 11:30. The music was very loud I used earplugs. But this is not anything the owners can do anything about. I was just giving a heads up.

The property and everything about it was phenomenal. I forgot an item, so I contacted the property manager multiple times. Each of those instances resulted in 40+ minute hold times to no avail. They won’t email back regarding the item nor have they returned a call.Of course, they We’re good with taking the fee for me requesting they check for the item.

Great Atmosphere
This was a great, clean place to stay. The place had plenty of space and private rooms with bathroom access. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils as well as everyday appliances. We were thankful to be located in an area where we had easy access to local grocery stores and restaurants. We definitely will be back in the future.

We will absolutely return. The location was perfect and the ocean sounds and surfers were great to enjoy from the roomy balcony. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The beds were super comfortable.

Great play to stay.
Great view of the beach and although there is a parking lot between you and the beach you can sit on the balcony and listen to the surf and watch the waves. It’s within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. We had a great time!

Ocean view. Within steps of the restaurants. Condo was nice having 3 bathrooms and it was very clean Would stay here again! Parking was easy and having the Tides bar across the street was a nice piece. Charleston is a 15 minute drive from the location. Rita’s is great and low life bar was awesome. Wil be back
