"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."

"5 star is not enough…they should get a 10!!! From the staff to the hotel…excellent service & super friendly! Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. I would highly recommend!!! When I come back to Zermatt I will definitely stay there. Location of the hotel is perfect!!! Can’t say enough good things!!!"
