"Hosts are excellent. They responded quickly and were very friendly and informative. What you see in pictures on VRBO site is what you get. One community restroom (one toilet and sink) and one community shower space. If you like rustic camping and animals and chickens and guineas, you will love this space. Inside of yurk was clean. "To have such a great house that needs attention. For the bad stuff that is so easily fixable if paying attention... Living area carpets, pillows and couches were filthy. We pulled blankets off the beds to cover the couches. Lighting, so may bulbs not working or so dim they were unusable. Pool house had a portable AC setting in the room vented out the window with duct tape. Master shower water pressure was so bad and all it took to fix was cleaning the screen filter. Beware of the 4 foot high...

"The place was not bad. It does need some updates. The host was great and I really appreciated their help. There were some things like no batteries in the remotes, a flickering light, and a sink repair and they took care of it right away. The resort and beach are beautiful. Plenty of pools and places to eat. Great place to stay."

"Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it."
