The owner and staff are great and very helpful. The room is nice and large and the bed was very comfortable. Location is great for getting to all of the main attractions in Firenze. However, the late partying at the bar across the street ( including 4 am yelling) made rest difficult.

Location, Location, Location! We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Florence, and the location couldn't have been more perfect! It's within walking distance of all the significant landmarks, and it was incredibly convenient to step out and be immersed in the city's beauty, just 20 steps from the hotel. Each morning, I walk down to the cafe to get coffee and breakfast. This saved us time and money taking taxis. The staff was outstanding—very responsive and always willing to assist with a smile. Our room was a great size for three people, and we were happy to find the third bed was just as comfortable as the others. The bathroom was modern, featuring a bidet and a shower with multiple settings, which was a nice touch. The AC in the room worked perfectly, which we appreciated during the warmer days. The room had a charming vintage feel, which added to the overall experience. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to climb one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up a bit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to be in the heart of Florence with great service and amenities.

This was a great place to stay in the center of Florence. Shops are right outside the door. It seemed to be pretty quiet for the location. Very clean and great staff. Beds were a little firm for me. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

Nice hotel. Small elevator only large enough for a couple of suitcases and/or backpacks riding solo. We actually sent our backpacks up on the elevator and climbed the two flight of stairs to our room. No breakfast offered. Best part of hotel is location.

Beautiful room, although there was quite a distinct odour in the bathroom. We didn’t bother to say anything or ask for a new room because we were only there overnight. So that’s on us. Other wise the stay was great!
