Oregon Coast hideaway
Nice home in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees. We saw many different birds, including hummingbirds and also saw a deer go through the backyard. Only downside is the beds were very firm and the cleaning seems a bit subpar as our towels and bath mats smelled sour.

A great vacation

"As a guest at this Vrbo property, I had an exceptional experience. Small comforts
We enjoyed the hot tub, the quiet of the location, and the amenities provided in the home. The beds are a bit harder than I am used to but comfortable, the driveway is extremely steep but we were able to park on the flat gravel part, and we thought there was private outdoor space but the deck is in the front so we spent our time indoors. I would recommend this property for others, especially because of how amazing the hot tub set up is, very relaxing.

Perfect weekend escape
Had a wonderful time for a girls-trip getaway. House has everything you could need. The hot tub was absolutely enjoyed, perfect for a good soak after we walked the beach under the full moon. As some have commented before, the driveway is a bit steep, but definitely doable in most cars, just take it at an angle & you should be fine. There is flat area at the base of the stairs, off the deck that could fit 2-3 cars, so plenty of space for yourself and/or guests. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind the next time we're looking to stay in the Florence area.

The house was really clean. I just couldnt figure out 2 of the heaters downstairs and the bed killed my back , but i was the only one that seemed to have a problem with the hard beds. Other than that it was great!

Nice home with a few bumps
The bed space was well organized, but the table was too small for our group to all sit together. Front door lock didn't work at first took over 30 minutes to get inside. The driveway is horrendous, and the garage is not fit for a car. There was a hole in the wall in the upstairs bathroom as well. Overall we had a nice stay and mad things work. The pictures online seemed a little misleading as far as the size goes. One last thing, we rented this as a man's weekend for football and there was no localized TV channels. Had to purchase an online streaming channel to watch most of the games, and missed some others.

Beautiful home, clean and really nice inside. Great hot tub. As mentioned in the description, the driveway is VERY steep but the parking area is flat. It’s obvious that this house is well cared for by it’s owners. The only negative experience that we had was that we were emailed the wrong access code to enter the house. We had to call to get the correct code, and following the poorly given instructions over the phone, it still took almost 45 minutes to access the house. This was a lack of communication problem from Vrbo, not meant to be a negative statement about this beautiful house.

I appreciated the early check-in.
Nice clean home. Beautifully decorated and stocked with the exception of a can opener. No big deal but would have been nice to have. The downstairs king bed is extremely hard. The dining chairs are also pretty uncomfortable. We played cards for hours and sat on pillows to make them comfortable. The dealbreaker for me when considering a return is the driveway. We left a Toyota Camry at the casino because the driveway is too steep and it scraped the front of the car on the way out.

The beds are hard -like sleeping on the floor hard, some stains on the carpet, upstairs bath tub didn’t drain well. The worst part was how ill equipped the kitchen was. There isn’t even a wire wisk. Every pan in the kitchen needs to be thrown out and replaced. The griddle is so badly warped that we couldn’t even cook anything on it because it wouldn’t heat evenly. Thank goodness fredmeyer is close by so we could go buy a griddle and other essentials to cook with. The driveway. It was noted that it was steep but that doesn’t even describe it. It was bad. The size and space of the house fit us well and we had a great weekend exploring but I would most definitely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I really don’t like to complain, but I feel future renters need to know.

Our group of 7 stayed at this property in July of 2020. The location was excellent for what we had planned. We loved having trees all around the house so we felt like we had some privacy even though there were neighbors closeby. The house was a perfect size for our group and I really have no complaints about the house itself. There were, however, a few things that troubled me from the side of housekeeping and management.   1. I messaged through the VRBO app on July 12th to ask about a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, but received no response.  2. When we arrived there was a trash bag left on the upstairs sofa which contained what appeared to be both trash and some washcloths.  We didn't examine it too closely but were not sure if it was intended to be trash or not so we didn't dispose of it.  3. There were several bags of trash in the garage when we arrived.  My son said these bags were obviously trash, and so he carried them to the trash can by the road. 4. One of the great features of this house was the abundance of closet space. I was excited when we arrived to actually have closets to hang our clothes, until we realized there was not a hanger in the place! We couldn't find even one! Our group ended up buying our own hangers at Fred Meyer and leaving them in the house for other guests to enjoy.  5. Most of the vacation rentals that I have been to have had a guest book & check out list for guests. Some houses prefer that you strip the beds before you leave and others say please don't do that, etc. This house didn't have anything and I felt like that would be helpful.  6. The washer and dryer are obviously older and a little tricky to operate. I don't expect a fancy set in a vacation rental,  but maybe a sign on the wall with tips on how to operate the dryer might be helpful. The pliers on the dryer were a good hint of how to get the dryer to turn on, but my older brother still spent about ten minutes on it before he figured out how to get it to run. 7. The house amenities lists cable/satellite TV, but we tried both upstairs and downstairs TVs and couldn't get either to work. It either needs to be fixed, or instructions left on how to operate the cable. I was hesitant to leave anything less than a five star review, so I have been dragging my feet before posting this. I messaged again a couple days ago with these complaints to give management another chance to respond before I posted anything, but once again they didn't answer.
