"Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!"

Everything you could need in the kitchen plus extra blankets and pillows. The coffee maker and pods were a very nice touch. Check in and check out was easy! Really appreciated the to-do short list upon checkout. The reason for the 1-star deduction is the LR furniture. It really needs replacing. "
