You have access to the entire property, except for part of the garage. This space is where some of the owners’ personal belongings for when they visit. Please be respectful of their property & do not go into the locked garage.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
