"The place was great and spacious. Lots of sunlight. Free underground parking. Small-to-Medium-sized bedrooms. Spacious bathroom and small but useful half bathroom. Nice small kitsch with excellent oven-microwave (used it to make frozen pizza). Bus stop right across from the building (all public transportation is free in Luxembourg)."

"Clean . Well equipped. well located. Payable In door parking ( a bit pricey). Very good and quick response customer service. Unfortunately our 3rd floor apartment shower hot water not working. We found out until at the night shower time. Luckily, office still got a guy in. He sort it out and swap the apartment down to 1st floor straight away. Other than that ,it was a lovely place to stay over in Luxembourg. "

"When we arrived in Luxembourg we phone accommodation ,Tony came to meet us & was very nice & showed us around apartment & if we needed anything to give him a call. Apartment was beautiful warm ,v clean & comfy. Wud defo stay again A********"

"This is a very nice place - apartment. I agree its more luxurious than most hotel rooms. Location is good, check in was fine, parking was a problem. Enjoyed the porch - a little noisy but with closed windows its fine. "

"Great location, nice loft, comfortable, great communication. Only negatives - might be good to somehow communicate prior to committing to the stay about the staircase up the apartment. It was a bit challenging for my 4 year old but we managed - for other families it might be really difficult. "

"Hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly and couldn’t beat the location. Restaurant/bar open for a decent buffet breakfast (7-10am weekdays and until 11am weekends). Open til 11pm for a last beer. Short walk to central buses and trams at Hamiius. Excellent stay thank you. "

Lovely hotel but no care for animal welfare

"Top notch! We arrived outside and not 1 but 2 concierge came running out to our taxi to take our bags! We do short breaks with luggage consisting of a backpack but they still insisted. Our room was beautiful and the sunken bath was fab but I only noticed it late on in our stay. Everything was perfect. No noise etc. Cocktails in the bar were amazing and the waiters were just fabulous. We didnt eat at the restaurant as unfortunately they dont support the welfare of animals 😔 it was a huge let down as i wanted to enjoy dinner when we arrived but we went elsewhere. We own a restaurant back home and sourcing produce from seas and farms means we know what goes on and we need to ensure there's no animal cruelty for our own piece of mind. Its sad 5* hotels don't care about animals 😢 "
