"Absolutely fantastic staff. Hotel is in need of cosmetic repairs here and there but overall amazing. I assume when the extension opens in 2026 this resort will receive some attwntion. But overall it was much better than i expected. We traveled without the children this time and would definitely being them next time. Being by thw port was a huge plus. We stayed in the beach club but inly used it once. "

"Absolutely beautiful and well maintained! Staff is top notch, probably the best from all of our travels around the world. Food options are fantastic and better than in many other resorts we have been to in the Caribbean or Mexico. The bed sheets are super soft and sateen fresh, pressed and smooth - I love the beds! Definitely would return to this location and this property. Activities are available but not over bearing and obnoxiously loud like at other places. Our kids knew where to go and picked their activities each day. We felt very welcomed and safe here!"
