Surrounded by hills and woodland it made the perfect getaway for two couples and an extra one on the comfortable sofa bed. St Girons is a lovely small town with a great atmosphere and good access to walking in the Pyrenees. Host was helpful and unobtrusive giving you full access to the pool, gardens, driveway and laundry facilities. Thank you Myriam."

The views are fabulous, the pool warm enough to swim in all weathers, the gite is very well-equipped and the wood burner was most welcome on the cooler days. The pool is fabulous with a good seating area, however, we did have to clean the pool ourselves which we've never had to do at any other property we have rented. The interior of the house is very old and could do with having a thorough clean. There were a lot of cobwebs and some of the kitchen utensils weren't very clean. There was also a smell of soot in the lounge which exacerbated my daughters asthma so we chose not to use that room. Part of the house...

"We were pleasantly surprised by our one night stay at the BnB. We had picked the hotel based on the location and it didn’t disappoint. It is located in a quiet small village but we found plenty to do nearby. We also had a lovely breakfast chatting with the host before getting back on the road. "
