"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey, or in my lifetime. The reception guy(possible manager) is so rude and impolite. We arrived at hotel and wanted to check in at night. "Horrible experience. Did not feel safe at this place. The shower didn’t work, and I had to call the reception twice and waited for 40 minutes before a really aggressive man let himself in (without me opening the door for him) and trod around in the room with his outdoor shoes on. "Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We checked into the hotel on June 13th and the room was really nice. We got a suite, which was nice and spacious. However the service is really bad. They only gave us 2 large bath towels and there were 4 of us. Never gave us fresh once again so we had to use the same towels for 5 days.. Also never replenish the amenities. "I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. "Excellent food and views around, good quality of service, good service in restaurants, the spa complex is in a cool place, but it could do with renovation. Also the water park is in a great place, but I would like more modern slides. Evening entertainment was quite interesting and exciting. Twice a week in the evening in the cafe on the beach you can watch the sunset with live music and it's cool. I can also highlight the tea house with a good selection of brewed tea.
