I was going to say don’t judge this book by its cover but it was bad. One of the 2 beds in my room was dirty when I got into it. It had sand/grit in the sheet. Thank goodness the other bed was clean. Bathtub was scary had to lay bathmat on floor of tub, too scared to have bare feet. The floor was dirty and not mopped. The outside of the building is atrocious. Filthy dirty driveway crumbling. Enter at your own risk.

The property was conveniently located for our needs. There were not a lot of choices in the small town but thew facility was very clean. The furnished breakfast was very limited but there were other options located nearby. All in all, it was good and we had a comfortable nights rest.

Walls were filthy everywhere it wasn't peeling off. One of the two white towels wasn't white. Mold in the bath tub. Stains on the bed sheets. Booked the two rooms for 5 days only stayed one night and still waiting to be reimbursed for the others.

We only ended up at this hotel due to a booking error at the hotel where we wanted to stay in Reno. No other availability in the area, so we ended up here. The property is very run down and dated. In need of many repairs. Our room door lock was broken, so they gave us a special key with a suction cup to remove the key cover and access the keyhole...pretty pathetic. They claimed it had just been broken and would be repaired on Monday, but the check out lady said yah that’s been broken a long time. The toilet seat was missing one bolt, so it slid sideways every time you sat on it. The sheets on the bed had visible oily stains…gross. And the bathroom and sink area were bad too. The only positive thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable and our bikes were NOT stolen off our vehicle during the night…which we were worried about! We would definitely not come back.

Greeted immediately when i arrived 3.5 hrs before check in with a smile and told will call when room ready. Hour later she called, room was very clean, comfortable beds.Free breakfast ,Ice machine,Coffee. Micro, fridge, TV all worked fine. No pool yet. Will stay again!!!

the room was filthy , the bath was filthy , the base boards were coming off the walls , the sink fixture was broken and leaking water, the tables and counters worn out , window filthy . I had wanted a down stairs room and not provided one . the grounds were dirty the walk ways needed washing bad, the check in manage spoke terrible English and rude. this place should be turned into super 8 and the franchise taken away , it is run down and dirty beyond compare to any place i have ever stayed in my 79 years alive.

The rooms were disgusting. The sheets were stained, hair in the bed, no carpet and floor was sticky and dirty. Had to put the sheets on the floor just to walk around. The shower curtain looked like someone had their way with it. It also took them forever to even find my reservation which was scaring since we were staying for a wrestling tournament and no where else had vacancy.

Sheets were dirty and stained, the cleanliness was definitely not ther. There is a broken window to a room on the second floor. I let staff know and they were already aware.Woke up to people in the room next to me throwing things and fighting. Pool is closed. There was hot water and the AC worked. close to Walmart and fast food. Free coffee cereal and bread and granola bars for breakfast.

Room Dirty and Repairs Needed

Check in process was easy n staff was helpful. Room however was in poor condition. Walls were dirty and had numerious patches. Bathroom tub was in terrible condition and hot n cold lines reversed. Breakfast was limited to cold cereal/instant oatmeal and toast.
